Let me begin by saying that as a dedicated English Bulldog Breeder... Bulldogs are not my "job", they are my passion.
I have been to every vet in my area looking for the RIGHT Doctor to provide QUALITY CARE for my Bulldogs.
In my search, it took me three years and alot of loss of babies and moms to find the best Vet in the area.
Dr. Barr is not only professional - but he truely cares about his clients and the needs of their animals.
I would go so far as to say that he Specializes in English Bulldogs.
Before changing his profession to a full time Vet - he raised English Bulldogs himself. He had personal experience with the breed well before he began working with his clients and their bulldogs in his office.
Anyone who knows how hard it is to breed and whelp English Bulldogs also knows that they HAVE to have a vet who knows Bulldogs even better than they do!
With that said, I am so confident in Dr. Barr and his knowledge of the breed that I drive 1 hour - 1 way just to receive his quality of care for my Bulldogs.
